Phosphate given to crop through chemical fertilizers get fixed in the soil in the form of stable insoluble salts. PSB secretes various organic acids & enzymes like  fumaric acid ,tartaric acid ,malic acid, gibberellins etc. Bio P uptek solubilize insoluble phosphates into soluble form and make available to the crops.
