BIOLEX is a genus of Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped bacteria belonging to the family Pseudomonadaceae. These bacteria are widely distributed in diverse environments, including soil, water, plants, and animals.

Characteristically, Pseudomonas species are known for their metabolic versatility and adaptability to different environmental conditions. They can thrive in environments with low nutrient availability and tolerate a wide range of temperatures, pH levels, and osmotic conditions.
